Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote or start a crypto swap through the StealthSwap Telegram bot. By continuing with a swap, you agree to the current version.

Last updated July 14, 2026.

What the service does

StealthSwap is a Telegram interface for requesting quotes and creating crypto swap orders. You choose the assets, networks, and amount; review a quote; provide receiving and, where available, refund details; and send funds to the deposit address shown for that order.

Swaps are fulfilled by third-party liquidity routes. Their availability, limits, pricing, timing, eligibility, and other rules apply to the order. StealthSwap does not require you to connect a wallet and will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery words, or private keys.

Eligibility and location

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use the service and the selected route. Availability is not universal. A route may be restricted by your location, the assets involved, transaction size, sanctions, or route-specific policies. A technical quote does not by itself establish legal eligibility.

Route coverage and customer eligibility can change. The bot presents the conditions StealthSwap receives for the selected route before you provide wallet details. If you need additional route-specific terms or privacy information, request it from official support before depositing.

You are responsible for checking the laws, taxes, and restrictions that apply to you. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited. We or an independent route may decline, pause, or cancel an order when required by law, risk controls, or route rules.

Where your funds come from

Send only funds you can properly account for. Independent routes screen incoming deposits against their own risk and anti money laundering rules. A deposit they score as high risk can be held, returned, or released only after they ask you for identity documents, and that decision belongs to the route rather than to StealthSwap.

In practice the deposits that draw attention are ones arriving directly from a mixer or tumbler, from gambling and betting platforms, from darknet markets, from a known theft, hack, or scam, and from addresses under sanctions. Passing coins through an intermediate wallet first does not clear this, because the screening looks at the history behind an address rather than only the last hop.

This matters because of when the check happens. Screening runs after your coins have left your wallet and reached the route, at which point the swap cannot be reversed by us. If a route holds a deposit or requires verification, we can pass your case to them and chase it, but we cannot overrule the outcome, return funds we never held, or waive their requirements. If you are not certain a deposit would survive that review, do not send it.

Quotes, rates, and fees

A quote shows the estimated amount to be received and whether the rate is fixed or floating. A floating rate can change until the route recognizes and confirms the deposit. Quotes can expire, and a new quote may be different. Do not send to an expired order or reuse a deposit address for another swap.

The standard StealthSwap service markup is currently 1.65% and is included in the quoted receive amount. The configured markup can change for future quotes. Route pricing, spreads, and network costs may also affect the receive amount. The quote displayed for the specific order is the controlling disclosure; review it before sending.

Independent routes and verification

Independent routes operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Depending on the route, location, risk review, or transaction, a route may request identity, source-of-funds, or other verification. We do not promise that every swap will be available without verification.

If you do not accept a route's conditions, do not deposit. Never send identity documents to an unsolicited Telegram account or to anyone claiming they can bypass a route review. Use only instructions tied to your order and reached from the official bot. See Support before sharing sensitive information.

Your transfer responsibilities

Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying the asset, network, amount, deposit address, receiving address, refund address, and any required memo or tag. Sending a wrong asset or network, omitting a memo, sending below a minimum, sending after expiry, or sending to a wrong address can delay the order or cause permanent loss.

Send only from a wallet or account you are authorized to use. Keep the public trade ID and transaction hash so support can locate the order, but never share wallet credentials or Telegram login codes.

Settlement, delays, and refunds

Completion times are estimates, not guarantees. Network congestion, confirmation requirements, route liquidity, maintenance, risk reviews, and other third-party conditions can delay or prevent settlement.

If a swap cannot be completed, a refund may be available under the route's rules, but it is not guaranteed. Refund timing, amount, network fees, and verification requirements are determined by the route. A usable refund address improves the chance of recovery but does not guarantee it. Contact official support with the trade ID if an order needs review, and do not send additional funds unless the official order flow clearly instructs you to do so.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful transactions. You may not use it for fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, financing prohibited activity, abuse of referral or pricing systems, interference with the service, or transactions involving funds you do not control. We may restrict access or preserve records when reasonably needed to investigate abuse or comply with legal obligations.

Official channels and scams

The official bot is @StealthSwap_bot. Support begins from that bot's menu. We do not start support in unsolicited direct messages and will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, password, Telegram login code, or 2FA code. You are responsible for checking the bot username and website before acting on instructions.

Availability, warranty, and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that a pair, quote, route, price, status feed, or completion time will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for your needs. Crypto assets and networks involve substantial risk, including loss of value and loss of funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StealthSwap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, market movements, network failures, independent-route acts, or losses caused by incorrect order details, compromised credentials, or transfers outside the official order flow. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service, independent routes, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current version. Changes apply to future use after publication. Questions can go to support, or you can open the official Telegram bot.
