Terms of Service

StealthSwap lets you swap one cryptocurrency for another through a Telegram chat. You choose the coins, you receive a quote, you send your crypto to a deposit address, and the swapped coin is sent to the address you provide. Swaps are routed through partner liquidity providers, and the route is selected automatically based on price and availability.

A quote shows an estimated amount you will receive. Rates can float until your deposit is confirmed on the network, so the final amount may differ from the amount first shown. Network fees and provider fees may apply and are reflected in the quote where possible.

Cryptocurrency transactions are final. Once a transfer is broadcast to a network it cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending on the correct network and to the correct address. Always double check both before you send. Sending on the wrong network, to a wrong address, or an amount below a stated minimum can result in a permanent loss of funds.

If a swap cannot be completed, a refund may be possible, but it depends on the partner route that handled your order and is not guaranteed. Where a refund is available it is sent to the return address on file for your order, and timing and any network fees are set by the route. Please reach out to support if you think your order needs a refund.

StealthSwap will never ask you for your seed phrase, your recovery words, or your private keys. You do not need them to swap. Anyone who asks you for them is trying to steal your funds. Ignore the request and contact support.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to comply with the rules that apply to you where you live. We may decline or hold a swap where it is needed to keep the service safe, or where a limit applies to your order.

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that quotes, routes, or timing will always be available or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, StealthSwap is not liable for losses that follow from network conditions, third party routes, or from sending to a wrong address or network.
