How long does a swap take?
Most swaps settle within minutes once your deposit is confirmed on the network. Busy networks and larger confirmations can take longer.
My deposit is confirmed but I have not received my coin.
Send us your order reference. Some routes wait for extra confirmations before they send. We can check the current status of your order right away.
Can I get a refund?
If a swap cannot be completed a refund may be possible, but it depends on the partner route that handled your order and is not guaranteed. Reach out and we will look into it.
I think I sent to the wrong address or network.
Crypto transfers are irreversible, so recovery is not always possible. Contact support with your order reference as soon as you can and we will tell you what options exist.
