Privacy

You do not create an account to swap. There is no email, no password, and no identity check to open a chat and get a quote. You simply start the Telegram bot and go.

We keep the minimum needed to process a swap and to help you if something goes wrong. That includes:

• The coins and networks you chose, and the amounts for the swap.
• The deposit address and the receiving address tied to your order.
• A public order reference and the status of your swap.
• The Telegram id used to reach the chat, so we can send you status updates.

We never ask for your seed phrase, your recovery words, or your private keys. We do not need them and no real service ever will. If anyone asks you for them, it is a scam. We also do not ask for documents to verify your identity in order to swap.

To complete a swap we pass the order details needed to move funds to partner liquidity providers, and the route is selected automatically. Those partners handle the on chain part of the swap under their own terms. We share only what the route needs to send your coin.

We use the details above to route your swap, to show you accurate status, to support you if an order needs attention, and to keep the service safe from abuse. We do not sell your data.

Blockchain transactions are recorded on public networks by design. Anything that happens on chain is visible on that network and is outside our control. Consider this before you send.
