How to swap crypto without creating an account

What you do and do not provide
A quote needs the coins, networks and amount you want to swap. To create an order, you also provide a receiving address and any required memo or tag. Add a refund address on the sending network where the order allows it.
You do not create a login, you do not connect a wallet, and you never hand over a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone asking for those is not running a swap, they are stealing from you.

What to check before you send
Check the receiving address character by character. A swap is a real on chain transfer and it cannot be reversed if you paste the wrong destination.
Check the network as well as the coin. The same ticker often exists on several networks and they are not interchangeable.
Check whether the quote is labelled fixed or floating, because that determines whether the amount you were shown is the amount that lands.
